English Language Institute (ELI) - How to Apply

             

Apply for an F-1 Student Visa:

Step 1: Complete the International Student application.

Step 2: Email the application to eli@columbusstate.edu.

Step 3: Complete the Financial Guarantee.

Step 4: Email the Financial Guarantee form to eli@columbusstate.edu.

Step 5: Email a copy of your passport to eli@columbusstate.edu.

Step 6: After documents are processed, you receive a CSU student ID number via email. 

Step 7: Pay $40 application fee to Columbus State University.

Step 8: CSU issues an I-20 that may take 7-14 days for processing in order for you to receive your VISA. 

Step 9: CSU sends an email with instructions for ordering and paying for the I-20 shipment.
