What is Immersion Excursion (IE)?
The Immersion Excursion Program offers customized, short-term experiences for groups of students or professionals. Groups visit for 3-4 weeks. Experiences include 12-15 hours of English instruction each week. Interactive classes are designed to integrate all English skills and are taught by certified ESL instructors. Group excursions in the Columbus and Atlanta, Georgia areas are customized to the group interests and needs.
Additional Details
Hotel: Arranged with trip package; double occupancy; near the University
Meals: Dining at university facilities and/or local restaurants
Transportation: Ground transportation from the airport and throughout the trip
Certificate: Students receive a certificate for ESL instructional hours and a personal trip video
